Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Old Imperials Cricket Club

Getting Involved

The best way to get involved is to get in touch via our Contact Us page. Please drop us a message with a bit about yourself and your connection to imperial, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
Not at all. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginners to seasoned cricketers. Our games are intended to be fun and not overly competitve and we will always try and ensure everyone has a chance to play in our Sunday games.
OICC is primarily an Imperial College London alumni club, and most of our members have a connection to the college — whether as graduates or current students. If you're unsure whether you're eligible, get in touch and we'll have a chat.
To maintain the competitive environment over the winter, we play in a 5-a-side football league based in Fulham with our team, Achton Villa. If you would like to get involved, please drop us a message!

Fixtures & Schedule

We play Sunday games throughout the summer season, as well as evening fixtures in the Victoria Park Cricket League. Exact fixture dates are listed on our Fixtures page and updated regularly.
Our home ground is Battersea Park, London SW11. While not a true home ground per se, this is where we tend to arrange our "home" fixtures. We have recently been training at Westway sports centre, West London.
Fixtures and results are posted on our Fixtures page and on our Play-Cricket page. Match reports are published in the News section after each game.

Sponsorship

We welcome sponsorship at all levels — kit, equipment, match fees, or events. Please contact our sponsorship secretary, Haider Toha, directly at oldimperialscc@gmail.com, or use the contact form on our sponsorship page. We'd love to discuss how we can work together.
Sponsorship opportunities are flexible and can be tailored to your organisation. Options include kit sponsorship (logo on shirts), match sponsorship, equipment support, and event sponsorship. All sponsors are acknowledged on our website and communications. Get in touch to find out more.
